Return Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have 30 days from the date they receive the product to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will only pay one shipping fee (including restocking fees); there is no restocking fee for returning products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Overdue or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be credited. Next, contact your bank.
